1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 60 calendar days of the order delivery date. To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, resalable condition (sealed packaging, intact labels, no damage or contamination)

Used, opened, or damaged nail polish, nail care, and nail art products are not eligible for refund due to hygiene and safety standards

Defective or damaged items received upon delivery must be reported to
[email protected] within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging for validation
2. Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been processed to your payment provider.
3. Refund Amount
Eligible returns will receive a full refund of the product purchase price (in USD). Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as we offer FREE global shipping on all orders. In cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full product refund; for voluntary returns (change of mind, incorrect shade choice), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Opened nail polish, used nail care products, damaged nail art tools, and any items returned after the 60-day window are strictly non-refundable. All sales are final for clearance or discounted items unless received defective.
